The Congressional Hunger Center (CHC) is a nonprofit anti-hunger training organization located in Washington, D.C. The program’s primary activities center upon the Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellows Program and its international counterpart, the Mickey Leland International Fellows Program, in both of which a select group of fellows receive the skills, knowledge and experience to become effective anti-hunger leaders in the domestic and international arenas.
Gap Year
Counselors are available for appointments in the office and by phone (for off-campus students and alumnae/i). Appointments/consultation may cover topics such as career change, interview preparation, resume/cover letter review, job search strategies, graduate school advising, and more. Appointments may be scheduled for 30 or 60 minutes.
