Founded in 1992, Alliance Abroad Group, L.P. offers customized internship, work, teach and volunteer programs for students and graduates in and outside of the USA. We are also a leader in international recruitment and a major “staffing� resource for companies.

Some of the resources are career specific, broken down into particular fields of interest, while others are more general career reference materials. There are domestic and international listings, with tips on interviewing, finding housing, researching prospective companies or colleges, and study guides for standardized graduate school tests. You are encouraged to make full use of the assistance provided by the counselors and CDO peer advisers.

CIEE is the leading U.S. non-governmental international education organization. CIEE creates and administers programs that allow high school and university students and educators to study, volunteer, work and teach abroad.
City Year unites young people of all backgrounds, ages 17-24, for a demanding year of community service and leadership development in 16 U.S communities and Johannesburg, South Africa. An AmeriCorps program.
Concern America is a nonprofit, nongovernmental development and refugee aid organization that trains local populations in health, education, agriculture, and/or environmental health, and works with them to build local functional social systems. Concern America has worked with 15 developing countries and supervises projects in the United States. The organization recruits professionals, at least 21 years of age, who serve as non-salaried volunteers for two or more years, including medical doctors, public health specialists, educators, agriculturists, and engineers.

Costa Rica Rainforest Outward Bound School is an outdoor adventure school that promises challenging physical activities all across Costa Rica, with a focus on personal development, leadership, and cultural immersion. The school offers a variety of courses that bring the participants to rainforests, rivers, and beaches, and immerse them in the culture of remote Costa Rican villages.

Cross-Cultural Solutions offers short-term international volunteer programs in 12 countries. Start dates are year-round and programs run from 1 to 12 weeks.
ECHO is a non-profit, inter-denominational Christian organization located on a demonstration farm in North Fort Myers, Florida. ECHO assists a global network of missionaries and development workers and is currently serves agricultural workers in 180 countries. VIA is a private, non-profit, non-religious organization dedicated to increasing understanding between the United States and Asia through service and education. World Hunger Relief, Inc. is a Christian organization committed to the alleviation of hunger around the world. It trains individuals in holistic ministry that equips them to work with communities in developing sustainable farming techniques, educates those with an economic abundance on methods of conserving and sharing resources, and participates in local and international sustainable development programs. Interns work and study for one year on a 40-acre farm in central Texas, followed by an optional three-month experience in a developing country.
