Take the terror out of your interview nightmares. Learn what to expect in an interview, how to handle nervousness, typical interview formats, questions and how to answer them. This workshop will also touch on non-verbal communication and how to handle your role in the interview process.
Throughout the year, a variety of organizations will conduct interviews for jobs and internships here in the office. The U.S. Peace Corps, M&T Bank, Harper Collins Publishers, JET Program and Teach for America, are a few of the many organizations involved in On-Campus Recruiting. Make sure your resume is letter perfect. Learn the components of a fine resume and have your resume critiqued by several eyes. Food and music provided. Bring a resume (name optional) to the workshop for critique. RSVP to cdo@vassar.edu if you want to attend.
