A summer job or internship can be a time to explore a career path, develop skills, make contacts within a specific field, decide upon a major, make money and/or just have fun. You may be interested in volunteer, seasonal, international and career exploration opportunities; these sometimes count for credit, and are sometimes specific to particular fields of interest.

The Career Development Office has the complete "The Internship Series" of books in the office library. However, you are able to search those books by clicking on the link that says "The Internship Series on Line." Please e-mail cdo@vassar.edu with your name and graduation year and we will send you a username and password.
